At Harmonious Life we organise GYROKINESIS® teacher training at our centre in Barcelona. The Gyrokinesis Pre-Training Course is the first step of the official path to becoming a certified instructor, taught by Felipe. It prepares your body and your understanding of the method’s principles before the Foundation Course.
What is GYROKINESIS®?
GYROKINESIS® is a movement method that works the entire body through flowing, circular sequences coordinated with the breath. Created by Juliu Horvath, it is practised on a stool and on the mat, without machines. It mobilises the spine in all directions and improves coordination, breathing and energy. It is the sister method of GYROTONIC®.

Prerequisites
Previous experience in GYROKINESIS® is recommended (having taken several classes) along with a basic understanding of the Level 1 exercises. No prior teaching experience is required.
