From 11 to 15 March 2027, Harmonious Life hosts the 17th international BREEMA® Intensive in Barcelona, together with The BREEMA® Center in California. The aim of the gathering is to experience mutual support and to deepen the art of being present, the philosophy of BREEMA®, BREEMA® bodywork and Self-Breema exercises.

What you’ll experience

  • Breema bodywork in pairs, fully clothed on a padded floor, with gentle, natural movements
  • Self-Breema exercises you can practise on your own every day
  • The Nine Principles of Harmony, the philosophy behind the method
  • A national and international group that grows every year

Who it’s for

Newcomers who have never received Breema, as well as experienced recipients, students and instructors. Join the full event or individual days.

Jon Schreiber, director of The BREEMA® Center in California, joins us every year as our special guest, alongside instructors from the US, Spain and Europe and the Harmonious Life team, Salena and Felipe.
